Being raised by a bodybuilder as his father, D.J. Louard was surrounded by fitness his entire life. Following in the footsteps of his father, Lesroy Louard Sr., he became a certified personal trainer and has helped many people achieve their fitness goals. He went on to train with the best and most popular gyms before starting his own independent personal training company.
