Public School System. She is a graduate of Western International University and the University of Phoenix. Phyllis is currently furthering her higher education studies at Grand Canyon University (a great Christian Institution). Phyllis has been in the education system for a total of nine years and absolutely loves it! Her passion for educating children has changed her life. She has been married to her wonderful retired military husband Eugene for 25 years; traveling the world has been a complete blessing to her family! Phyllis has three beautiful children: Kaszia, Neshaszda, Timothy and one beautiful granddaughter, Kennedi Elyse!
