Her imagination was developed by the many different experiences of ranch life. Without the use of a TV set, she came up with the entertainment for her brothers and sisters with her stories, with the content matter being made up as she went along. Writing short stories and poems has been, and still is, her favorite pastime. Karen is the mother of two grown sons and, currently, four granddaughters. She is married to a wonderful and supportive husband and works full time as a nurse in the geriatric field. Her love of the great outdoors and animals of all kinds has helped foster the development of the imagination needed for her stories to come alive.vizualizați mai puține
